Welcome to Amazon Garage Doors and Gates. By accessing our website (amazongaragerepair.com), requesting an estimate, or commissioning repair or installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Licensing & Contractor Status

Amazon Garage Doors and Gates operates as a licensed California General Building Contractor under CSLB License (B) #1109396. All work is conducted in accordance with California State Licensing Board regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

2. Free On-Site Estimates & Pricing

We provide free written estimates prior to commencing any repair or installation project. Written quotes are binding for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any required modifications or additional parts discovered during work will be presented to the client for written approval before proceeding.

3. Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranty

We take pride in our craft and stand behind our installations and repairs:

• Workmanship Warranty: Every service is backed by a written workmanship warranty specified on your final work invoice.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Installed hardware, torsion springs, panels, gate motors, and garage door openers carry warranties supplied directly by the manufacturer (such as LiftMaster, Amarr, Clopay, etc.).
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, vehicle collisions, severe weather events, or unauthorized third-party repairs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon successful completion of service unless prior commercial invoicing terms have been established. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

5. Safety & Property Access

The property owner or designated agent must ensure clear, safe access to the work area (garage, driveway, gate control box). Garage door springs are under high tension; customers are advised not to tamper with or attempt DIY repairs on high-tension assembly components.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amazon Garage Doors and Gates maintains general liability and workers' compensation insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of service rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
